great mansion stay but minor service lapses
The mansion is fine, with impeccably clean common areas that elevate the ambiance. Mary stood out as the most helpful staff member, always ready to assist with a warm smile. From my Beautiful Double Room, I enjoyed a lovely city view that added charm to my experience.
The service could be more attentive at times.

Staying here was a real treat. The intricate woodwork in the house is reminiscent of the craftsmanship seen on the Titanic, which adds a unique charm. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also offered a great start to our days. Mary went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Parking can be a hassle on a busy road!!! Consider blackout curtains in the rooms to enhance sleep quality!!! Prepare for challenging steep hills when walking back from downtown!!!

Really good Hospitality and Delicious Breakfasts
The hotel is beautiful and meticulously maintained, with spacious rooms. Breakfast was an adventure each day, with different homemade dishes that were beyond delicious, and Mary was so warm and cute. My only suggestion would be to consider adding blackout curtains, as the early morning sun can be quite bright.

Mary was the shining star, always ready with a warm smile and awesome breakfast each morning. The mansion's Grand Staircase echoed the opulence of a bygone era and the en suite bathroom with heated marble floors was pure indulgence. It's conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, though the steep hills might need some getting used to!
